Florida paper document scanning

The document scanning market is crowded in South Florida. I've been in the business for decades, and have seen it all. For some companies, document scanning and image processing is a small portion of their business. I've seen a few guys rent expensive office space, buy three paper scanners from ebay and call themselves a company.

Digital imaging and document scanning are serious business matters, and shouldn't be trusted to amateurs who are just learning.

At Microfilm Depot, however, our clients are Miami-Dade County, federal government, Engineering and architecture organizations, mortgage and loan companies, law firms, doctor medical offices, hospitals, universities, utilities, manufacturers, aircraft, airline operators & maintenance facilities, small businesses, healthcare insurance, and many others.

We are not a fly-by-night company, and we do quality work. Our document imaging and document scanning is affordable. Your records management system, document management, and information management programs would greatly improve by working with us.

Florida Paper Scanning

In Florida, it's easy to buy a Kodak scanner, rent some space, or even work out of a guest room in your house, and claim to be a "paper scanning company". There are a lot of unscrupulous people that do this down here, and there are a lot of customers that will pay the lowest price anyway, not care about having his or her paper being handled in a professional manner, and then panic when the project is delayed and scanned incorrectly.

At the other end of the spectrum, some major corporations don't have the time or desire to convert your paper because it may not be "profitable" enough for them.

I've been in business in Florida since 1984, using Kodak paper scanners and Avision scanners, and have handled hundreds of paper scanning projects during this period.

Advanced Imaging Solutions: Microfilm Depot has scanned paper for Florida counties, local municipalities, medical offices, hospitals, mortgage brokers, Internet companies, engineering businesses, and many other organizations or individuals that needed their paper scanned and converted to digital images to save space and for instant retrieval.

Although I'm based in South Florida, if you are out-of-state and are having problems finding a local paper scanning operation, contact me, and you can Fed Ex your paper to my office in Pembroke Park, Florida, where my staff and I will create digital images (TIFF, JPG, PDF, etc) from them. We handle all different types of paper sizes, from standard A-size (8.5 x 11) all the way up to large scale blueprints (E-Size 34" x 44).

I do not subcontract or mark-up paper scanning for commission. You can expect an excellent quality job performed by professional, knowledgeable, and technical staff.

Feel free to contact me at sales@mdepot.com for a quote.
